Golf Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy This golf travel package is a customized premium travel product that may include airfare, hotel accommodations, golf course tee times, transportation, and other local services. Once a reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply. 1. Reservation Confirmation & Payment To confirm a reservation, a deposit of part or the full amount of the total travel cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the specified period before departure. Once the deposit is received, hotel accommodations, golf tee times, transportation, and other services will be officially confirmed. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation more than 90 days before departure → 10% of the total travel cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 89–62 days before departure → 40% of the total travel cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 61–32 days before departure → 70% of the total travel cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 31–17 days before departure → 90% of the total travel cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation within 16 days of departure → 100% of the total travel cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (non-refundable). 3. No-Show If a guest does not participate on the departure date or fails to join the trip after it has begun, no refund will be provided. 4. Force Majeure The following circumstances are considered force majeure: Flight cancellations or delays Natural disasters War or political instability Government regulations or travel restrictions In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the policies of the hotels, golf courses, airlines, and local suppliers involved. 5. Tee Time & Itinerary Changes Tee times and travel schedules may be subject to change due to golf course conditions, weather, or local operational circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the policies of the respective golf courses or local suppliers. 6. Refund Processing If a refund is applicable, it will typically be processed within approximately 2–4 weeks during business days. 7. Additional Terms If a specific travel product includes its own cancellation and refund policy, that policy will take precedence over the general terms stated above.
