Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure accommodations, tee times, and transportation services. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will receive a full refund, less the initial deposit. Cancellations made between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable, as hotel reservations, golf tee times, and transportation arrangements are fully guaranteed and prepaid. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the package, including missed rounds, meals, transfers, or early departures. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
