Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation and refund conditions are as follows: Immediately after booking: 100% refund of the deposit 60 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the total payment 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total payment 29 days or less before departure: No refund Please note that refunds may be subject to administrative or transaction fees depending on payment methods and service provider policies. In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, government regulations, or airline disruptions, refund conditions may vary according to the policies of hotels, golf courses, and other service providers.
