Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy To secure all tee times, accommodations, and ground services, the following cancellation policy applies: Deposit A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation Policy More than 90 days before departure: The initial deposit is non-refundable. 90 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price is non-refundable. Golf Reservations Many championship golf courses included in our packages operate under strict reservation and cancellation policies. Once tee times are confirmed, they are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Hotels & Land Services Hotels, transportation, and other land arrangements are reserved well in advance. Cancellation charges imposed by suppliers will be passed on to the traveler where applicable. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation benefits, to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or travel disruptions.
