Cancellation & Refund Policy To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation terms are as follows: Immediately after booking: 100% refund of the deposit 60 days or more prior to departure: 90% refund of the total payment 30–59 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total payment 29 days or less prior to departure: No refund Please note that refunds may be subject to administrative fees and transaction costs depending on payment method and supplier policies. In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refund policies may vary according to the regulations of hotels, golf courses, airlines, and other service providers.
