Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth reservation process, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Reservation Deposit A 50% deposit of the total package price is required to confirm the reservation. Reservations are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Deposit Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 7 days of the deposit payment: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation more than 7 days after the deposit payment: The deposit is non-refundable. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure. Final Payment Cancellation Policy Cancellation after the final payment has been made (more than 30 days before departure): 50% of the total package price will be refunded. Cancellation within 30 days of departure: No refund will be provided. Additional Information Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment. Any bank transfer fees, credit card processing fees, or currency exchange differences are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
