Refund Policy

Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy To confirm and secure reservations, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be fully paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. Deposit & Cancellation Policy • If cancellation is requested immediately after deposit payment, a 10% administrative reservation fee will apply. • Additionally, golf tee time deposits of $50 per person are non-refundable. • For cancellations made after 7 days from the initial reservation date, deposits are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellation Within 29 Days Prior to Departure • Golf green fees are non-refundable. • Hotel refunds may be partially available depending on hotel policy. • Hotel cancellations are generally permitted only up to 15 days prior to arrival. • No hotel refunds will be available within 14 days of arrival. As golf tee times and hotel inventory are limited and subject to strict cancellation policies, we strongly recommend careful consideration before confirming your reservation.
