Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy • 60 days or more prior to arrival Full refund of the total package price, minus any administrative or bank transfer fees. • 30 – 59 days prior to arrival 50% of the total package price will be refunded. • 15 – 29 days prior to arrival 25% of the total package price will be refunded. • 14 days or less prior to arrival No refund will be provided. Additional Conditions • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation. • Any bank transfer fees or payment processing fees are non-refundable. • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, course maintenance, or force majeure, the operator will assist with rescheduling whenever possible.
